The Fixr licensing assessment is an evolution of ServiceNow's Subscription Management. It automatically monitors license usage in production instances, enabling you to make strategic decisions for your business and optimize costs.
Fixr identifies contracted products in the instance and, based on that, applies the correct rules for license accounting—all done automatically. Additionally, Fixr will notify you whenever a subscription is approaching or exceeding its limit, allowing you to take swift action to prevent future issues.
This assessment may differ from ServiceNow's official count
ServiceNow does not disclose the exact formula used to calculate and charge for licenses, and there may be a manual verification component involved. As a result, in some cases, there may be slight discrepancies between the count displayed by Fixr and the official ServiceNow count. It is recommended to use Fixr for continuous monitoring and early optimization, but the official count will always be the one provided by the ServiceNow team.
Some products may not be covered
Extensive research has been conducted to account for as many products as possible automatically, and efforts are ongoing to map and include more products.
However, since there is no direct access to the entire ServiceNow product database, some products may not appear in the Fixr dashboard.
