To fix this issue, it is necessary to either update the user assigned in the collection job's Run as field to a different active user or verify and correct the current user record:

  1. Navigate to Performance Analytics > Data Collector > Jobs and select the record.

  2. Right-click the breadcrumbs, then choose Additional Actions > Configure > List Layout.

  3. In the form, select the Reference Field for Run as and add the choices Run as active and Run as User ID. Click Save.

  4. Ensure that the fields Active and User ID are marked as true and filled appropriately.
